I am writing this review to warn other users about my experience with Bull Waves (managed by Equitex Capital Limited / Moonance LLC). For over a month I have been waiting for the payment of my funds without any valid explanation. I have submitted regular withdrawal requests for a total amount of 1.912 €. User ID: 1022335 Transaction ID: 31815603 (17/06/2026) Transaction ID: 33484955 (13/07/2026) Both requests are still pending and the money has not been credited to my account. I have contacted customer service several times by email, but I have only received automatic replies, without any concrete explanation and without any additional documentation being requested. I consider this behavior extremely unfair and contrary to the principles of transparency and fairness towards customers. After repeatedly following up without much progress, I eventually switched to the cryptocurrency withdrawal option. The process finally went through, but it took more than a month to complete.

I chose the second method. Due to my carelessness in filling out the bank details incorrectly, I was unable to withdraw. What disappointed me was that when I inquired about a solution from the trading platform, they gave me a very perfunctory answer, making me feel compelled to download the cryptocurrency wallet. Finally, after continuous urging from me, the withdrawal was successfully made to the cryptocurrency wallet, taking me more than a month in total.
