O suporte ao cliente é inexistente. Ninguém responde aos tickets de suporte, o chat ao vivo está sempre offline. Eles tinham um Bônus de Boas-Vindas que eu ativei ao depositar 15 USD e recebi um bônus de 35 USD. Quando eu estava negociando na metade, de repente meu bônus foi retirado sem atingir nenhum Stop Out Margem. Eu me senti enganado, então enviei uma mensagem para eles, mas ninguém nunca respondeu. EVITE ESTE Corretora A TODO CUSTO!!!

Customer support is non xistence.

Customer support is non existence. No one reply to support ticket, live chat forever offline. They had a Welcome Bonus which I have activated for depositing 15USD and I got 35USD bonus, when I was trading halfway, suddenly my bonus get pulled off without hitting any stop out margin. I felt cheated so I message them but no one ever responded. AVOID THIS BROKER AT ALL COST!!!
