La plateforme est complète et propose un assortiment varié de produits financiers et d’assurance. Cependant, j'ai été confronté à de grandes inquiétudes concernant le niveau de service client qui m'a été fourni. Les délais de réponse ont été plus longs que ce à quoi je m'attendais habituellement et la résolution des problèmes a été lente. De plus, j'ai rencontré des cas où les informations qui m'étaient fournies étaient loin d'être précises, contribuant à un sentiment général de malaise à l'égard de la plateforme. Ainsi, même si j'apprécie leur large gamme de services, je ne suis pas sûr de pouvoir recommander en toute confiance à d'autres d'utiliser Manuvie sans amélioration dans ces domaines.
