In March this year, I opened an account with DePu and deposited 7000 in funds for trading. After making a profit, I withdrew 2000. By April, when I tried to withdraw further profits, it was rejected and the account was frozen. I have been emailing customer service to ask what the problem is. As of today, I have not received any direct response from customer service or the company's superiors. This has seriously affected the company's reputation and customer trust. Please assist with handling this!
