I've been in this forex market for 7 years and never encountered such an unethical platform. They manipulated my profitable trades causing my account to blow up in order to prevent me from withdrawing my profits, and even lost my principal of 15k. It's been nearly 2 months and they are still deliberately dodging and not refunding my money. I'm posting this here to warn all of you to boycott this platform, check the platform carefully, look at reviews on scam-exposing websites, internet searches, wiki to avoid losing your hard-earned money and tears.

The Customer Service Department has contacted and resolved the account issue for me. I have also been refunded. Currently, I have resumed trading and the deposit and withdrawal process is fast. I was wrong to accuse the platform.

All Vietnamese trading community, please boycott VCP Markets. Never open an account with this platform, it will only lead to unfair losses. Even if you profit, you cannot withdraw, or they will interfere with your account leading to huge losses. I deposited 15k on 20/5/25 to copytrade from a master account. By 27/5/25, I made a profit of 25k and closed all trades making it 40k. Seeing my huge profits, they interfered with my account, inflating 7 big lot trades of 7.82 per trade, causing my account to crash within 15 minutes. We work hard to invest our hard-earned money to improve our families' lives, yet they shamelessly steal from us. I complained to the platform, but they were unconcerned and even tried to squeeze more money out of me. I will pursue this to the end, and will file a complaint with the Hanoi City Criminal Police Department at 62 Nguyen Van Huyen for investigation.

On May 20th, I deposited 15k to copy trade from a master, on May 27th my account increased to 40k then they intervened in trades, stuffing 7 big hedging trades making my account burned, now I can't even send a complaint to their mail.
