I had problems making my withdrawals. As you can see, I made several, many of which weren't accepted, and only two were approved. One of the 39 withdrawals was approved, but it never arrived. They said it was credited, but I checked, and it never came back to my iq option account. Then I made another deposit of 40, and that didn't happen either. Finally, they say it's in Pichincha, even though I made the deposit to my Guayaquil account. It's been 15 days, and they haven't resolved either case. I keep writing and writing, and they don't resolve anything, and I need my money. One says they've already deposited it back into the account, but they haven't because I checked the deposits, and they haven't. The other says to wait, and I've been waiting for days, and I still haven't seen my money. I need my money.

I already had a deposit of 60,000 Colombian pesos and traded until I had 49,000 left. I deposited again, this time 280,000 Colombian pesos, but I didn't trade from there. Like offered trading webinars seemed to be too basic for me. But again compared to industry average, iq option stands out.

It takes only several minutes for money to reach my credit card, but I don’t understand why they offer only two payment options? I can trade binary options, CFDs, and cryptocurrencies in one place, saving time. The CySEC license is an additional feature - at least I know it's a legal platform. The verification process took about two days, which is somewhat long, but the support team helped me through it. Final note: I wish there were more advanced indicators on the charts, like trading volume indicators or more volatility indicators. This would make it perfect.

Great platform, but the verification process almost made me quit angrily. I agree with others, the Android app is very smooth and never crashed for me. I trade a lot while traveling, and it's an excellent app. Also, their acquisition of CySEC licenses reassures me that my money won't suddenly disappear. Smart traders, if you're here, you might like the execution speed, it's good. But man, my first withdrawal verification process took almost a full day, which is longer than expected. They really need to speed up this process. Also, sometimes the support seems somewhat automated, like they're reading prepared scripts. Overall, I enjoyed trading there despite the difficulty of withdrawal. Do you need anything else from a broker besides a good app and feeling secure about your money?
