FXTRADING.com is a fraudulent platform that arbitrarily deducts client funds and agent commissions. Because of a pricing error on the platform's own part, clients who traded at that time were penalized with their principal and all agent commissions deducted, leaving them with a negative balance! And they acted arrogantly, meaning that despite the platform's error, they not only suffered no loss but actually profited, deducting all client funds. My agent's commissions for other clients were also completely deducted. Who gave them the audacity to be so arrogant?

They casually cleared my client's $100,000 account, shut down the backend, and made it impossible to log in. My $30,000 agent commission was also deducted and turned into a negative number.

The spreads are average, but I thought the trading environment was good. I'm not sure yet if withdrawals will be processed properly, but the deposit speed was fast.

On 07/03, I opened an investment order on the platform, but the system notified me that the investment order was faulty and rejected. I checked my active orders and found that there was no active order. After about 30 seconds, the system automatically re-entered the previous rejected orders. I tried to close the order, but the system did not allow it and displayed an error message "operation error" without closing my investment order. I reset the website to check again, but the website reported a system error and I couldn't log in to my account. I checked my network connection and everything was normal. I could still browse other websites or access YouTube as usual. After 30 minutes, I was able to access the platform's website again and found that all my previous orders had been executed and all of them were burned. I reported the issue to the platform, but they tried to delay the process and denied responsibility, claiming that it was my fault. The platform also engages in price manipulation, and the charts on the platform are not accurate. Everyone should be cautious before trusting this investment platform!!!!

My account was activated in November 2023. Initially, I lost a lot of money, depositing about $18,700 USD. My trading was inconsistent, mostly losing with few wins, and I rarely made withdrawals because I would lose all funds before having a chance to withdraw. From $200, by December 5th, 2024, my account balance had accumulated to $170,000 USD. I made a small withdrawal of $2,000 USD. Later, when I first applied for a withdrawal of $10,000 USD, the company's risk control department asked me to submit a video holding my ID card. This information had already been provided at the time of account opening along with proof of address. After a day of slow review, on December 6th, they changed their stance saying it did not comply with investment regulations and the company refused to pay any balance and froze my account. Can a regulated company just freeze user funds at any time?

So, I've been using FXTRADING.com for almost 3 years now, and it's one of the best forex brokers I've ever met. They let you set up API trading, which is awesome for automation freaks like me. Plus, they offer VPS hosting. A ton of stuff to trade too, stocks, forex, even cryptos! And the spreads seem pretty tight, so I'm not getting ripped off on fees. Yes, I've recommended it to several friends.

I lost connection to my FXTRADING.com, and connected with a gentleman in support called Joseph. He managed to understand and fix my problem within a few seconds, no mess no fuss. Well done to him.

Deposit withdrawal and market execution candle stick chart is amazing but commission for us oil gold and crypto is not reasonable.

Seriously, FXTrading.com is top notch. When I had an issue with my account freezing, their support was on it super fast. Both their website and app are super easy to use and the option for a joint account is a real plus. Also, their customer service is helpful and quick to respond. Big thumbs up from me!

Honestly one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Profitable orders are vanished and the company steals your money. When I talk to support about it, even the bot is better than the live chat agent. Reputable sources recommended ~~PEEB.FAN for their excellent recovery service and it was beautiful

I have needed assistance with technical issues a couple of times and had to wait a considerable amount of time for a response. Also, there is a limited choice of financial instruments to trade with - not just forex, but across the board. It's a decent platform for beginners, but if you're experienced and looking for more variety, you might want to look elsewhere.
