funds missing ,support not available

ipc has executed thier exit scam holding various individuals assets and funds , not only are they rejecting people withdraw the money is missing And not returned back to then account , for the past two weeks we’ve heard nothing from ipc , the only information the public has is they fired alot of thier top officials , I was unable to withdraw on the 19 due to some system update and now my money is missing ,
