Hello, I want to report a serious issue with TenTrade. I traded honestly and made profits through legitimate trading. My total balance of 1226$ is now completely blocked — my withdrawal request was declined, and later the withdrawal option disappeared from my account. I deposited real funds and never violated any trading rule. I have all the proofs including screenshots, chat history, and transaction details. Despite several attempts to contact your support team, I received no proper response. This is unacceptable and raises questions about your company’s transparency. I request immediate action — please release my ₹1230 and reactivate my withdrawal option.

Dear 10trade.com Support Team / Concerned Users, I am writing this to share my very disappointing experience with 10trade.com. I started trading with an initial deposit of $100 and successfully grew my balance to $1,200 through legitimate trading, without violating any of your terms and conditions. However, when I tried to withdraw my funds, my withdrawal request was rejected and soon after that, the withdrawal option was completely disabled in my account. I have all the proofs — including screenshots, transaction details, and chat records — that show I traded honestly and followed all platform rules. Despite several attempts to contact your support team through email and live chat, I have received no response at all. This kind of behavior raises serious questions about your platform’s transparency and reliability. Blocking users’ withdrawals without reason and ignoring their support requests is unethical and unprofessional

I wish I had never come across TenTrade. This has been the worst trading experience of my life. I initially deposited money with them, hoping to trade and withdraw my profits like any normal broker would allow. But that was a huge mistake, Everything seemed fine at first , trading was smooth, and I made some decent profits. But when it came time to withdraw, that’s when the nightmare began. My withdrawal requests were either ignored, delayed indefinitely, or outright rejected with ridiculous excuses. They even had the audacity to accuse me of violating their terms without providing any proof. After weeks of back-and-forth emails and live chats that went nowhere, I realized that TenTrade was never going to let me withdraw my hard-earned money. It’s clear that they are running a scam, trapping traders with fake promises and then refusing to release their funds. I strongly advise anyone thinking about using TenTrade to stay away.

Please stay away from this company. This company is a fraud. I created an account in this company and bought some shares in it. The next day when I got the profit, I booked my profit. And when the withdrawal is made, the company says that we cannot give you profit, you have committed fraud. And said that do what you have to do, we do not give money. Hi all investors My name is zafar ali. My tentrade mt5 id is 47183. 10tradefx is a scammer broker, don't open account here. tentrade claiming a registered broker. I am telling you all details how they scammed me. I am contacting their regulations. They will be fined and this broker will be banned. I buy DoCU US share by 850$. I only buy 209 shares. After buying shares i still had 550$ free margin. Second day when market opened my profit was 3040$. When i closed trade and placed withdraw, they accept my withdraw and sent me email for accepting my withdraw ( screenshot attached). Second they declined my withdraw and told me i fraud them. What Fraud i do, i just buy us shares and when i saw profit in my account, i just closed trade. Is this fraud to close a trade with profit?. I even don't get any bonus from them so these terms don't apply to me. I traded with my own money. I get loss this broker will not compensate my money. First they deducted all my profit and my balance reduced to 850$ then they deducted 550$ more and now my balance is 300$ which tentrade told me to withdraw ( video attached). I am warning all of you stay away from this broker. If you have any deposit then withdraw as soon as possible. I just want my profit with my capital investment. Otherwise i am posting on other platforms too and regulation authority.
