I am a client who opened an account in INTERACTIVE on 15th,May. The account number is 6501098.The loss of the previous loss was more than 1400 US dollars, and the profit was 1366 US dollars. The current account balance is 1766 USD. The remaining $400 was unavailable to withdraw.They said that It is illegal to log in with multiple IP accounts. 英瑞特黑平台，盈利不给出金

我是在英瑞特开户的客户，账户是6501098，我是5月15日在英瑞特开的户，前期亏损入金亏损1400多美金，后期盈利1366美金，目前账号余额1766美金不给出金，本金还有400美金也不给出，说我同IP多账号登录，属于违规，我就想问一下，如果多账号登录属于违规我亏损了是不是会把亏损的钱退给我呢？盈利了是违规，亏损了算违规吗？客服说本金退回，可是一拖再拖，总说肯定给肯定给，可是到现在也没有到账，这样的平台难道就没人管吗？
