In this issue, the on-site inspection team visited the forex broker XS Plus in Hong Kong, China as planned. According to public information, its office address is Block F, 10th Floor, Comfort Building, 88 Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to strictly vet for investors, traveled to Hong Kong, China according to a well-planned schedule to conduct a physical verification of the broker XS Plus, which claims to be located at Block F, 10th Floor, Comfort Building, 88 Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

The inspectors successfully arrived at the target building. The location is near Tsim Sha Tsui, with a relatively bustling surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no signage or relevant information of the company was found on the exterior of the building. The building appears quite old, with a somewhat worn and mottled exterior.

The inspectors entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. After brief communication, they obtained permission to enter. The directory board inside the building showed information for other companies at this address.

Upon reaching the target 10th floor, the inspectors found no clear signage for the XS Plus office area and no security measures. Since there were no relevant signs of the company within the building at all, they could not enter the so-called interior. Furthermore, they could not photograph the reception area, and the office area was not a shared office space.

Through the public areas on the floor, as they could not enter the company, they were unable to observe the internal environment and other conditions of the company. Overall, the situation here does not match the positioning claimed by the broker.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker XS Plus does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker XS Plus at its publicly displayed business address in Hong Kong, China as planned, but was unable to see any information such as the broker's company name at the location, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
