A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, followed a meticulous plan and proceeded to the Pukkei Commercial Centre at 5 Hanoi Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong, China, to conduct a physical verification of the broker HBullion which claimed to be located at this address.

The inspection personnel successfully arrived at the Pukkei Commercial Centre, located on Hanoi Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. The surrounding area is bustling with a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or related information for HBullion was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspection personnel entered the building lobby, stated their purpose to the security guard, and after communication, obtained permission to enter.

Upon reaching the target floor, the 10th floor, the inspection personnel found that the directory board listed information for other companies at this address. The office area showed no clear signage for HBullion and lacked security measures. However, as no relevant information for this broker was seen, the inspection personnel were unable to enter the interior. Furthermore, they could not photograph HBullion's reception area, and the office was not a shared workspace.

Through the glass door, the inspection personnel could not observe the internal environment of the company. The overall situation could not be confirmed as aligning with its claimed positioning. Only other companies were seen present here, casting doubt on its authenticity.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that broker HBullion does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

At its publicly displayed business address, the investigator could not find any information such as the company name of the broker, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises.
