The inspectors successfully arrived at the target building, located in the core area of Wan Chai, Hong Kong. The surrounding area is prosperous with a strong commercial atmosphere. No company signage or related information was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspectors entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard or staff. After communication, they were granted entry permission.

However, the name VG Private Wealth was not found on the directory board inside the building. Inquiries with the front desk staff revealed that there is no such company. As the specific floor and location could not be determined, the inspectors could not reach the target floor, confirm the specific location, or enter the company's interior. Consequently, they were unable to photograph VG Private Wealth's reception area or logo, and the office was not a shared workspace.

Since entry was not possible, the internal environment of the company could not be observed from public areas. Overall, the broker's name was not seen on the directory board, leading to the judgment that the office address claimed by the broker is false.

Therefore, the on-site inspection confirms that broker VG Private Wealth does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion
