Purpose

The Indonesian forex market is an emerging forex market that has developed in recent years. Process

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker Capital Trade in Indonesia as planned. According to public information, its office address is Satrio Tower 16th, Jl. Dr Satrio Kuningan, Jakarta.

A professional and experienced site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, proceeded to Indonesia according to a meticulous plan to conduct an on-site verification of the broker Capital Trade claiming to be located at the aforementioned address.

The inspection personnel successfully arrived at Satrio Tower, located in downtown Indonesia, an ultra-luxury office building with a bustling surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or related information for Capital Trade was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspection personnel entered the lobby of the building and explained their purpose to the security guard. After communication, permission to enter was obtained. The directory inside the building showed information for other companies at this address.

The inspection personnel learned that the floor was a shared office space, but due to lack of an appointment, the inspection team could not access the corresponding floor, thus could not confirm the specific location, nor enter the interior or photograph Capital Trade's office area and its reception desk.

From the lobby area, as they were not permitted to go upstairs, the inspection personnel could not observe the company's internal environment, decor style, or employee activities. Overall, it was impossible to confirm whether the company matched its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker Capital Trade does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The investigator visited the forex broker Capital Trade in Indonesia according to the plan. At the publicly displayed business address, the broker's company name and other information could not be seen, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Please consider comprehensively before making your choice.
