Process

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker CMC Market Trade MT5 in Japan as planned. According to public information, its office address is Akasaka Hillside Building 4F, 2-18-1 Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo.

A professional and experienced site visit team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, followed a meticulously planned itinerary and traveled to the target area in Japan to conduct an on-site verification of the trading firm CMC Market Trade MT5, which claims to be located at the aforementioned address.

The on-site visit personnel arrived at the target building. The address is a small detached house on a minor road in central Tokyo. The building has only three or four floors, and the surrounding commercial atmosphere is average. No company signage or related information was found on the exterior of the building.

The on-site visit personnel approached the front of the building and attempted to enter, but permission was not granted.

Therefore, they could not reach the target floor (4th floor), confirm the status of CMC Market Trade MT5's office area and photograph its reception area. The office space was not a shared office.

Because entry into the building was impossible, the internal environment, decor style, and employee activities could not be observed from outside the building, making it impossible to judge whether the overall environment matched its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the site visit, it was confirmed that the trading firm CMC Market Trade MT5 does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion
