The verification personnel successfully arrived at the target building. The location is situated in a specific area of London, with a relatively ordinary surrounding environment and an average commercial atmosphere. No signage or relevant information of the company was found on the exterior of the building.

The verification personnel entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. After brief communication, they obtained permission to enter.

As the area was actually occupied by a design company unrelated to finance, the verification personnel were unable to proceed inside, could not reach the target floor or investigate whether there were clear signs and security measures for Eiger FX in the office area, and were also unable to photograph Eiger FX's reception desk and logo. Furthermore, the office was not a shared office space.

Through the glass door, the verification personnel were unable to observe the internal environment of the company due to obstruction by the personnel inside. The overall situation did not match its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site verification, it was confirmed that the broker Eiger FX does not exist at the aforementioned address.
