I opened an account at RS Finance with email: 1371669322@qq.com. On July 17, 2026, my account automatically opened 4 orders and due to slippage, I lost over $4,000. Fortunately, I quickly closed the positions and transferred funds to other accounts to diversify, so I didn't lose everything! The platform failed to cause my account to blow up. By Monday, they started risk control and deleted the backend for several of my accounts totaling over $26,000 without any prior warning, and falsely accused my account of always scalping and latency arbitrage. My account uses EA trading throughout, including 2 Martingale EAs and one that trades one order at a time. The EAs can be shown for comparison, and there is no arbitrage as claimed by the platform.
