I had an account with Exness and submitted all the required documents, including a video verification as requested. After making profits from my trades, I tried to withdraw my funds, but my request was rejected without any clear explanation. I contacted customer support multiple times, but the responses were vague and inconsistent. Every time, they gave me a different excuse, even though I fully complied with all of their verification requirements. It’s clear that Exness is blocking withdrawals once you start making profits, which is unacceptable and dishonest behavior. I strongly advise all traders to avoid this Broker. They may appear regulated, but they do not respect client funds or transparency. I am in the process of filing a formal complaint with regulatory authorities.
