Due to the discovery of suspicious trading activities, the client is required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure. In accordance with relevant regulations, we have requested the client to provide the necessary documents for KYC verification. However, the client has not fully cooperated and has failed to provide the required information. In light of the client's non-cooperation with this legal investigation, we believe that this case involves abnormal trading behavior. Therefore, we reserve the right to terminate the client agreement and cancel any related profits. These terms are explicitly outlined in the client agreement, which the client accepted during the registration process with VT Markets. We have attempted to contact the client, but the client has ignored our communications, including an email titled "VT Markets Important Notice - Account Review."
