I have posted an exposure on Forex Eye and proactively contacted the platform's customer service, clearly stating: I will give up the profits and only request a refund of the deposit principal of 7000 USD. This is the maximum concession I can make. However, the platform still has not provided any response. Two weeks have passed so far, and the platform's customer service has not provided any response.
