Unable to withdraw funds

On August 11, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 551.62 USDT from OTET Markets to my USDT wallet on the BSC (BEP20) network. The withdrawal ID is The withdrawal has remained pending and I have not received the funds in my wallet. OTET Markets initially stated that the withdrawal was under review and referred to security checks, sanctions, infrastructure limitations and wallet issues. Later, they stated that the delay was caused by platform infrastructure updates and the deployment of a new dashboard. OTET Markets previously stated that normal withdrawal processing takes approximately 4 hours, but my withdrawal has remained pending beyond that timeframe.
